Fishing in the summer of 2008, new something special would happen. Was at the lake from 4am, not a bite, had done all new needed to be done to catcha fish. Keep in mind this is a lake where everyone fishes, size of lake 114 acres. I had my final cast, grond corn in a method feeder with one corn on a hair rig soaked in brandy. At around 6pm noticed my indicator jumping up & down. Suddenly the reel screamed & the fight started. 45 minutes later the amur was in my net. Took a picture, weighed it & immediately returned it to the water as te fish was tierd & about to die. Worked on it for 15 minutes before it swam away to give another angler the time of his life.
